Monthly plans
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you're new to a paid plan and you've used fewer than 20 rounds, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.
Round packs
Unused packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once rounds from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
Service problems
If an outage or a bug on our side stops a session from working, that round isn't charged. If you were charged for something you couldn't use, tell us and we'll credit it back.
How to request a refund
Email support@getadversaryai.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
