Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Tech Shepherd LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as AdversaryAI ("we", "us"), and govern your use of getadversaryai.com. By creating an account you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
The service
AdversaryAI is an AI practice partner. The opponent, judge and coaching feedback are generated by AI: they can be wrong, biased, or unlike a human expert, and they are not professional, legal, medical, financial or career advice. Historical figures are dramatized from their public writings and are not endorsements by any estate.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older, or use a school-managed account.
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free rounds is not allowed.
Plans, rounds and billing
- A round is one exchange: your message and the opponent's reply.
- Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Unused plan rounds roll over into your wallet at the start of the next month (up to one month's allowance) while your plan is active. Round packs never expire.
- Champion video minutes (photoreal opponents) are a monthly allowance and do not roll over.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use AdversaryAI to harass, threaten or defame anyone, to generate illegal content, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our prompts or models, to overload the service, or to publish other people's private information. Published sessions in the Community Arena must follow the same rules; we may remove content that doesn't.
Your content
You own what you write and say. You give us permission to process it to provide the service and, if you publish a session, to display it publicly until you unpublish it.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, unused paid rounds will be refunded pro rata.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
