THE INTERVIEW GAUNTLET

One role.
The whole
hiring journey.

It starts with a phone call and ends with one: the recruiter’s screen, the interviews your job calls for, a practice hiring decision, then the offer call, where you negotiate the package out loud.

Your first recruiter call is free and uses none of your free rounds (once per person, before you buy anything). No card, no signup, no microphone needed. After the call, add your résumé and the job posting to make the next interviews sharper, or add them first.

EVERY CONVERSATION HAS A PURPOSE

A hiring process.
A chance to rehearse each step.

One job profile connects the run. The AI recommends one to six interviews from your job and posting, with different people each run. Later interviewers follow up on what you actually said. Senior roles and higher difficulty bring longer, deeper assessments; full-length interviews run up to an hour each, like the real thing. Every run ends with the offer call.

A CLEAR COST BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Start free. Go deeper when you’re ready.

Choose one to six interviews, or use the AI’s job-specific recommendation. Answer counts vary with role level and difficulty, up to 30 per assessment. Your saved budget is shown before you start. Each answer and AI reply uses one practice round. Openings are free within your five-per-hour allowance; an opening may use an extra round after that.

Before you buy anything, your first recruiter call is free (once per person) and uses none of your free rounds. A free account saves your run and adds the existing signup rounds. Buy one complete saved run from $2.99, up to $19.99 for the longest, most intense process. See your exact price before checkout. All planned interviews, 3D avatars, coaching, notes and the practice result are included. Or continue with your existing rounds or plan. No subscription required.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful answers.

What is an interview gauntlet?

It is a saved mock hiring process tailored to your job. The AI recommends one to six interviews, including recruiter, manager, technical, practical, panel or leadership assessments when appropriate, followed by a practice hiring decision.

Will the questions match my job?

Enter your role, and add the job posting (paste its link or its text) and your résumé or LinkedIn profile PDF if you like, before you start or after the first call: you check a short summary of each, and each interviewer uses the posting’s requirements, your actual background and your earlier answers, and the recruiter talks pay (using the range the posting states, when it gives one) and confirms where the job is done. It works for any job: sales, nursing, the trades, teaching, public safety, software and more.

What happens to my résumé?

Your file is read on your device and never uploaded. Its text is sent to our AI provider only to write a short summary, which you check and can edit; we keep only the summary you approve, with that run, and you can delete the run at any time. We never open LinkedIn: LinkedIn can save your profile as a PDF for you to add instead.

Can I make the process feel like a real interview?

Yes. Guided mode shows the roadmap. Realistic mode keeps future interviews hidden. Ask about next steps or the interview process: the interviewer can explain the saved practice sequence after strong role-relevant answers, or close with a noncommittal keep-in-touch response when evidence is uncertain. These are simulated signals, not a hiring decision.

Can I pause and come back?

Yes. Each stage is saved. A free account keeps your gauntlet, your actual answers and your notes together so you can resume the same run.

How much does a complete run use?

Choose one to six interviews or let the AI recommend a process from your job and posting. Interview length grows with role seniority and difficulty, up to 30 answers per assessment. Review the saved answer budget before starting. An answer and AI reply use one practice round. AI openings are free within the standard five-per-hour allowance; an opening can use an extra round after that allowance. Before you buy anything, your first recruiter call is free and uses none of your free rounds, so they stay for the interviews after it (once per account and device). Buy one complete saved run from $2.99, up to $19.99 for the longest, most intense process, or continue with your existing rounds or plan. The exact price is shown before checkout; no subscription.

What does the hiring decision mean?

It is a practice result based on your completed stage scores. It can be a practice offer, another conversation needed, or not selected in this practice run. It does not represent an employer’s decision or predict your real hiring chances.

Will the questions fit my field?

Yes, for any job, technical or not. Interviewers ask what a real interviewer in your field asks, from your job title and the posting: mostly the lasting fundamentals and real situations from the work, and in longer interviews a practical question on something that has changed in your field recently and how you’ve adapted. They never quiz names, dates or release numbers, and they don’t mark you wrong on very recent details; they ask how you’d confirm them. Code and hands-on procedures are talked through, never run.

Do I need a microphone?

No. You can type your answers or speak. The panel uses separate 3D characters and voices, with the current speaker featured on screen.

What happens after the hiring decision?

The phone rings. The person from your first call (usually the recruiter, or the hiring manager in a short process) comes back with a practice offer for the role: a base figure, the extras and a start date, with room to negotiate. You handle the call out loud and get a negotiation scorecard on anchoring, evidence, outcome and poise. No offer this run? You can still take the call you would have had.

How long does a run take?

Standard interviews run about 20 to 30 minutes each. Full-length interviews match the real thing, up to an hour each with up to 30 questions, so a four-interview process can fill an afternoon. Everything is saved: stop and come back any time.
