- Paying: card, or invoice/PO (net 30), monthly or annual. 30 students for a year: $2,160.
Data and security
What happens to your students' sessions
- Audio is never stored. Speech is turned into text by the browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari, under that company's terms). We receive only the text and never record or store audio.
- Supervisors see scores, not transcripts. Trainers see scores, session counts and weakest skills. Sessions are private to the person who ran them unless they choose to publish one.
- Not used for training AI. We do not use sessions to train AI models, and we do not sell personal data.
- Who processes data. Microsoft Azure (AI responses and text-to-speech, United States), Cloudflare (hosting, database, security), Stripe (payments; we never see card numbers), Resend (email), and HeyGen LiveAvatar for photoreal video opponents on the Champion and Elite plans.
- Deletion. Anyone can delete a single session, or their whole account and every session in it, from the app. Deletion is permanent.

Questions, answered
How is this different from recorded mock-interview tools?
It talks back. The interviewer follows up on what the student actually said, in voice, and the scorecard quotes their own weakest answer with a better one. Students do not watch themselves; they practice.
What do coaches see?
Scores, session counts and the dimensions where students are weakest, by student and for the whole cohort. Never transcripts.
Do students need to install anything?
No. A phone or laptop browser. Voice works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; typing works everywhere.
What does it cost?
$6 per student per month with 150 rounds each, billed to the center. Pilot first, free. Campus-wide licenses: email us.
How can we pay?

Is student data safe?
