These use Stripe's standard card fee (2.9% plus 30 cents) and no sales tax; your dashboard shows the real fee on each payment. Seats are paid monthly, so you earn on each monthly payment in the 12 months after the person you referred signed up.
What counts: a team or club that the person you referred creates and pays for by card through our checkout, in the 12 months after their sign-up (each payment held 30 days). Doesn't count: joining someone else's team, a pilot until it's paid, ESA payments such as ClassWallet, and invoices we send by hand.

Each commission clears 30 days after the payment (time for refunds and chargebacks). We pay everything that has cleared once a month, by hand, when you're owed $25 or more; a smaller amount carries over to the next month. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, and need a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) before the first payment.
Card payments through our checkout from a person who created their account through your link or your code: round packs, Interview Gauntlet runs, plans (each payment in their first 12 months, monthly or yearly), and team seats, school seats and club seasons when that person created the team or club. Payments through ESA programs such as ClassWallet, and invoices we send by hand, don't count. Each payment is held 30 days before it can be paid out, and refunded or charged-back payments come off.
It doesn't count. A referral is decided once, at sign-up, from the last creator link they opened in the 60 days before (or the code they typed). It never changes afterwards.
Yes: team seats, school seats and club seasons, worked out the same way (20% of what the team pays, after Stripe's fee and any sales tax). The person you referred must create the team or club and pay by card through our checkout. See what counts and the terms.
